Starting hourly wages range from $12 - $14 with the potential to advance into other more skilled positions earning $18 - $20. Candidates must be willing to work alternate shifts, weekends, and overtime as required. Listed below are our current job openings:
Operators – Cross Laminated Timber Manufacturing
We will train you to become proficient in all aspects of running the highly automated line. Operators also perform daily maintenance (cleaning, lubrications, checks) to the CLT line. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful. You will have advancement opportunities as you work your up from CLT-In Training to CLT Level IV. Our highest need currently is on 2nd shift.
Operators – Mat Wash Line
Operators will perform a variety of duties such as: safe forklift operation, maintain a safe, clean and organized work area, handling and inspecting materials, maintaining/monitoring automated equipment. The individual will have previous experience with safe forklift operation, be comfortable working outside (in all weather conditions) and working around large, mobile equipment. Opportunities for overtime during the week and on weekends.
Material Handlers – Warehouse and Yard
Material handlers require ample experience handling materials in both a warehouse environment and outside yard. Previous forklift certification is required. Experience with forklift capacity of 10,000 lbs. and up preferred. Opportunities for overtime during the week and on weekends.
Lab Technician -SPC Coordinator
Requires expertise in Statistical Process Control in a manufacturing environment and interested in learning to perform laboratory testing (of wood products) and the associated record keeping. This is a key position in our growth as a manufacturer of ground protection systems manufactured from lumber. 3-5 years previous experience in either Quality Control, SPC, Lab Testing, is required.
